The Clerk of Court is now located at the newly renovated Courthouse at 292 Barnwell Highway, Allendale. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We are closed all major holidays. Copies are available at 50 cents per page. Faxing is $1.00 per page, sending and receiving. Printouts of child support payments are $1.00 each.

We do not provide legal advice or legal research. We will assist citizens with accessing public records. We take child support calls between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. only. We have an automated system which provides child support information regarding last date paid, amount paid, current balance, rule issued and bench warrant issued. Child Support payments are mailed the same day they are posted.
