Scott B. Suggs was elected Clerk of Court in November 1996 and began serving January 7th, 1997.

He was married December 17th, 1982, to Angie Lewis Suggs. They have two daughters.

They are active members of Indian Branch United Methodist Church. Scott serves as pianist for the church choir.
