Re: Juror Summons Form, SCCA Form 235
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the Juror Summons Form (SCCA 235), bearing a revision date of 12/2012, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina. The form replaces SCCA 235 bearing a revision date of 12/2010.
The form has been revised to exclude the birth day and month of the person being summoned to serve on a jury. The birth year will continue to be included on the juror summons.
The form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
