ARGUMENT ON OBJECTIONS
(a) Argument After Ruling. Counsel shall not attempt to further argue any matter after he has been heard and the ruling of the court has been pronounced.
(b) Argument on Objection. No argument shall be made on objections to admissibility of evidence or conduct of trial unless specifically requested by the court.
(c) Interruption of Argument. No attorney shall interrupt another in the course of his argument.
This replaces the first paragraph of Circuit Court Rule 11. The language is taken from Rule 43(i), SCRCP. Section (c) is taken from Circuit Court Rule 11 regarding interrupting an attorney during argument.
