Anderson and Chief Justice Jean Toal, for this week's Sixty Minutes II.
The program will air at 9:00 pm on Wednesday, January 15th on CBS. Mr. Rather
will broadcast an interesting segment on the rules governing confidential
settlements in South Carolina courts.
