On January 23, 2003, Chief Justice Toal, a Panel of Judges - Judges Few, Westbrook, Bartlett and Creech - and Paul Wickensimer presented to the SC Bar at their annual meeting. The presentation entitled Online Judicial Tools provided information about the use of technology in South Carolina's courts.
