New Court of Appeals Judge and Circuit Court Judges Elected |
One new Court of Appeals Judge and two new Circuit Court Judges were elected by the General Assembly April 9, 2003.
New Judge on the Court of Appeals
Successor to the Honorable Jasper M. Cureton, Judge of the Court of Appeals, Seat 6, whose term expires June 30, 2003;
Judge Donald W. Beatty.
New Judges on the Circuit Court Bench
Successor to the Honorable Gary E. Clary, Judge of the Circuit Court , At-Large Seat 5, whose term expires June 30, 2003;
J. Mark Hayes, II.
Successor to the Honorable L. Henry McKellar, Judge of the Circuit Court, At Large Seat 9, whose term expires June 30, 2003;
Reginald I. Lloyd.
