Attached is the fees and assessments memo reflecting changes from the 2003 Legislative Session.  We have not completed the attachments to the memorandum.  However, a large portion of the changes are effective July 1, 2003.  Therefore, we are providing the text to the memorandum as information.  The complete memorandum, including attachments, will be distributed shortly.  Thank you for your patience.
