IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA 223, Order for Destruction of Arrest Records, bearing a revision date of 7/2003, a copy of which is attached and made a part of this Order, is approved effective as of the date of this Order for use in all cases where the defendant meets the statutory requirements for the destruction of arrest records. This form order is required to be used for this purpose to the exclusion of all others and remains effective until further order of the Chief Justice. This form will be available in the Office of the Clerk of Court of each county, the Offices of the Circuit Solicitors, and on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org located under the link of the Clerk’s manual.
