Chief Justice Jean Toal met with Beaufort and Jasper County Officials on November 22nd to discuss the implementation of the Case Management System in Beaufort and Jasper counties.  The two counties will form a partnership that will improve the effectiveness of court operations as well as provide for more effective management of resources available.  South Carolina Judicial Department staff have begun working in both counties with the Clerk of Court, Magistrate, and Information Technology offices in preparation for the transition to the Statewide Case Management System.
