Re: SCCA Form 430, Financial Declaration

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that SCCA 430, Financial Declaration, bearing a revision date of (2/2009), is approved for use in the Family Courts of South Carolina.

Revisions to the Financial Declaration include:

“Other (Specify):” was inserted on page 2 to include other monthly expenses not listed in the “Monthly Expenses” section;
Endnotes 18, 19, and the first reference to endnote 17 were removed from the “All Marital Property Known to Parties” section on page 3;
An “Other Property Section” was added to page 4 in the section dealing with total assets greater than $300,000;
“Nursery School” was deleted from Endnote 11 on page 5.

The revised form supersedes all previous versions of this form. The form shall be used in accordance with Rule 20, SCRFC. The form is available on the S.C. Judicial Department website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms.
