ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4, South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the attached Magistrate Civil Answer form, SCCA/703, bearing a revision date of 08/2009, is approved and effective immediately for use, to the exclusion of all others, in magistrate civil court proceedings of this State.
The form is located on the South Carolina Judicial Department web site at www.sccourts.org and may be generated locally on computers or word processors.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
