ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S. C. CONST. Art. V, § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that SCCA 434 – Clerk’s Affidavit, with a revision date of (7/2011), and SCCA 437 – Civil Contempt Order, with a revision date of (7/2011), are approved for use in the family courts of South Carolina. Previous versions of these forms are obsolete.
These forms are available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms.
This order takes effect immediately.
