Supreme Court to Hold Arguments in Charleston

On Tuesday, March 19, 2002, the Supreme Court of South Carolina will hold oral arguments at the Charleston County Historical Courthouse located at the corner of Broad and Meeting Streets in Charleston, South Carolina. The following cases will be heard:

09:30 am Dennis Nelson, Deceased Employee, By and Through His Estate, Respondent v. Yellow Cab Company, Employer, and Travelers Property Casualty Company, Carrier, Petitioners.
10:00 am St. Andrews Public Service District, Respondent v. The City Council of the City of Charleston, Petitioner.
10:30 am Patricia Ferguson, individually and in behalf of the Estate of Howard D. Ferguson and in behalf of all others similarly situated, Petitioner v. Charleston Lincoln Mercury, Inc., Respondent.

No credit under Rule 403, SCACR, will be available for these oral arguments.
